Wine & Food Workshop

For this one, we will be tasting two trios of wine, looking to explore the differences between fruit driven, oak driven and earth/mineral driven.  Then we will serve a small food tidbit with each trio which will hopefully shed a different light on each wine on how it interacts with food.  Yes, this is another learning opportunity!
