A Visit with Gachot Monot” Wednesday, April 13 at 6pm

Domaine Gachot Monot is a very small, artisan, fifth generation domaine based out of Corgoloin, Burgundy.  Their red Burgundies have divine elegance and  refinement to them.  I think sheer and pure are two really apropos words to describe the wines and hey were recommended to superstar wine importer Kermit Lynch by the iconic Aubert de Villaine.  How is that for an introduction?  Imagine one of the giants of the industry speaking on your behalf to another giant!  Kind of like Tiger Woods speaking on my behalf to the folks at Pebble Beach.  Domaine Gachot will be visiting us at VINO to share the story of his wines while enjoying a very special menu by Chef Keith Endo.
